Actions before the Court of Justice
4. The action shall be open to any party to proceedings before the Board of Appeal adversely affected by its decision.

4. Podrán interponer recurso todas las partes en el procedimiento ante la sala de recurso, en tanto en cuanto la resolución de esta no haya estimado sus pretensiones.
